Low Carb Diet Review

I thought I would take some time to report on a couple issues that have helped me lose weight over the long run. Everyone has heard about low carb diets before - Weight Watchers, The Atkins Diet and South Beach are the three most popular low carb diets. I am personally following the SOuth Beach Diet and have lossed 17 pounds so far - (my goal is to lose 25 pounds before my 40th birthday). Often times it can be confusing with so much mis-information about dieting so I thought I would help you cut through the low carb diet chase by introducing a few articles that were helpful to me.
