Having just completed training another group of salespeople in one of my Six Steps To Solid Sales Success courses the feedback was, as usual, very insightful. The class members pointed out that while some of the less technical elements in my course should be common knowledge they are much too often forgotten by the sales professional and can be a major difference between success and failure.

Salespeople, on average, make more money than any other profession. However, it takes a lot to succeed. Determination, mapping out trips and territories, cold calling, warm calling, networking, and getting referrals are some of the things a salesperson must have or do in order to approach a prospect even before the “sale” begins.
